OBSR SWAP Application ERC-20 Based → KCT Based
For those who have already done swap through exchanges (Upbit, Bithumb) DO NOT perform swap again as it is already swapped.
Swap Procedure
  1. Fill out swap information (email, KCT based wallet address)
  2. Send ERC-20 based OBSR to the address generated
  3. Observer team will confirm receipt of ERC-20 OBSR
  4. Observer team will send KCT based OBSR to the KCT address of the applicant
  5. Swap completed
